Fieldwork Supervision
Gentle Roots offers BCBA fieldwork supervision for graduate students completing either Supervised Fieldwork or Concentrated Supervised Fieldwork, aligned with the most up-to-date Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) requirements.
Supervision is designed to be supportive, ethical, and hands-on, focusing on real-world skills you’ll actually use as a clinician, not just checking hours off a form. Supervision structure is guided by current BACB standards, including appropriate supervision hours, acceptable activities, and documentation practices.
Gentle Roots provides supervision for both:
Supervised Fieldwork – Standard fieldwork option with BACB-required supervision percentages and activities.
Concentrated Supervised Fieldwork – Higher-intensity pathway with more frequent supervision, allowing for fewer overall hours while meeting BACB criteria.
(Students remain responsible for confirming their specific university and BACB requirements.)
